How MixuChat Works
This is the part of the MixuChat flow we could reproduce on desktop, followed by the exact point where our test stopped. It documents visible behavior without pretending we audited a private match.

From homepage to the permission boundary
The first two steps were directly observed. Steps after the selector depend on the mode and state shown to each user, so they are written as decisions to review rather than guaranteed outcomes.

A mode can lead to login, permission or price information. Read it before continuing.

Decide what to share
If you continue, grant only the necessary permissions and remove identifying details from view.
Test boundary: we did not grant camera or microphone access, create an account, buy coins, activate VIP or enter a live conversation. Those are meaningful boundaries, not missing details to fill with assumptions.

What we do not know about matching
The public interface does not expose the selection algorithm. We therefore cannot confirm whether matching is purely random, filtered, ranked or affected by location.
We also cannot verify a universal wait time. Availability may change with time, mode, location and demand, and a successful connection does not prove the identity or age of the other participant.
This distinction matters for trust: a first-hand review should identify the edge of the test instead of turning plausible product behavior into a fact.

Visible mode choice
Video, Audio and Text are presented before a live interaction begins.
Browser permission boundary
Camera and microphone access should require an explicit browser decision.
Paid surfaces exist
The catalog includes coin packages and VIP, so later price prompts should be expected and read.
Claims have limits
We do not call matches verified, instant, anonymous or unrecorded without evidence.

If something goes wrong
Browser permissions, device access and network quality can interrupt video or audio. These checks cover common causes without promising that every problem has the same fix.
Camera permission blocked
If you tapped Block by accident, your video will not turn on. Look for the small camera icon in your browser address bar, tap it, choose Allow, then reload the page. On a phone you may need to open your browser settings, find Site permissions, and switch the camera back on for mixuchat.live.
No match yet
Do not rely on a fixed wait estimate. Check the visible status, connection and selected mode; try again later if availability appears low.
How to leave
Use the visible end or skip control if one is available, or close the page. Do not stay because another participant pressures you.
Weak connection or mobile data
Video needs a steady connection. On weak signal the picture may freeze or lag. Move closer to your router, switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi if you can, and close other heavy tabs or apps. If video keeps stalling, turn your camera off and keep chatting by message — that needs far less bandwidth.
