Absence from “stopped before” is not a hidden claim
A check is evidence only for the stated observation. It does not generalize across mobile and desktop, regions, accounts, times or later product releases. Public legal documents establish what a company says; they do not prove operational effectiveness.
Product checks avoid private interactions, identity submission and purchases unless a separate method explicitly authorizes them. That protects participants but leaves real limitations, which we show instead of filling with assumptions.
